Meet kwant
kwant is a self-hosted workspace for a team of AI agents. Give the team a task in chat, and individual bots can pass work to one another, use connected tools, and report back. Recurring routines keep tasks running on a schedule, while separate spaces organize work and personal projects with their own accounts and rules. You can use supported model subscriptions, API keys, or a compatible local server.
The application includes approval controls, usage limits, and a record of what happened while you were away. Optional verification features check completed work and retain source quotations for factual claims. kwant is open source and can run on a Mac or a server, with the application and database packaged together.
