Meet Lettertrace

Lettertrace monitors how a brand appears in answers from supported AI services. Users define topics, generate related questions, and run those prompts across models. The resulting dashboard tracks mentions, recommendation position, sentiment, and share of voice alongside selected competitors, making changes easier to compare over time.

The project is open source and designed for teams that want to operate their own monitoring setup. It supports scheduled runs, a command-line workflow, and data storage in a user-controlled Supabase environment. Users bring their own provider keys, so external model usage and hosting can still incur costs. Results describe the sampled prompts and services rather than every answer a potential customer might receive.
