Manifest turns a webpage into a structured description of the actions an AI agent can take. It reads the accessibility tree alongside DOM details to identify buttons, links, forms, input types, required fields, and disabled states. The response describes available controls and the dependencies that must be satisfied before an action can proceed.

Developers can connect through MCP or a REST API and request a JSON action manifest for a URL. Resolved locators help an agent find the relevant controls, while dependency groups explain which inputs are mandatory or interchangeable. Fingerprint checks and cached responses support workflows that return to the same pages repeatedly.
