Meet MonoDuty
MonoDuty coordinates incident notifications and responsibility for a response. Teams define on-call rotations, escalation policies, and destinations, then send alerts through a documented webhook. The service routes notifications by email and, on supported paid plans, SMS or voice, while recording acknowledgements and other incident activity.
Built-in availability checks can monitor HTTP endpoints, and heartbeats detect jobs that fail to check in within the expected interval. Schedule overrides help accommodate changes in staff availability without rebuilding a rotation. The interface brings these signals and routing rules into one operational workspace. A free plan and paid trial options are available. Teams can test their configured route before depending on it during a real incident.
