Meet Mopus

Mopus reframes videos for formats such as TikTok, Reels, and Shorts directly in the browser. It analyzes the footage to keep people and relevant action in view, producing an automatic cut that can be exported or adjusted in an editor. The original video and reframed result appear side by side, so you can move framing boxes, change layouts, or select individual moments to download as shorter clips.

Processing runs on your computer, and video files are not uploaded to the service. The tool is free and does not require an account. Mopus is useful for adapting interviews, conversations, and other horizontal footage into vertical clips while retaining control over how each shot is composed.
