Cycle and fertility tracking with temperature-based insights

Meet Natural Cycles

Natural Cycles uses temperature, period, and other cycle information to estimate daily fertility status. Measurements can come from a basal thermometer or compatible wearable, including the NC° Band that collects temperature overnight. Users sync their data and open the app to review the current status and cycle trends.

The app provides modes for birth control, pregnancy planning, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause. In birth-control mode, its status indicates when protection is needed; the other modes organize information around the user's stage and purpose. The measurement instructions and selected mode define how the recorded data is used in the app's daily view.
