NudgeForMe reviews sent email conversations to find threads that may still need a response. It distinguishes possible open loops, such as proposals, scheduling, invoices, and introductions, then prepares follow-up drafts using the existing conversation. Optional research and enrichment connections can add relevant company or contact context.

The service starts in draft mode, placing messages in the connected mailbox for the user to edit, send, or dismiss. Users can configure sequences and timing, while reply monitoring helps stop or adjust follow-up when circumstances change. Separate workspaces and multiple mailboxes support consultants, agencies, and teams. Connections include common hosted email providers and compatible IMAP accounts, with features depending on the configured access and plan.
