Meet 1% for the Planet

1% for the Planet is a membership network for businesses committing at least one percent of annual sales to approved impact partners. Members select organizations to support, make contributions, and document them for certification. The network helps connect a business's chosen causes with eligible partners.

Membership rules cover monetary, in-kind, and volunteering contributions. Certified participation can be communicated through the program, and the public network makes businesses and partners discoverable. A company can use the framework for recurring environmental giving, linking the annual commitment with contribution records and the certification process that reviews them.
