Meet OpenClix

OpenClix is an open-source foundation for adding engagement flows to mobile applications. Developers bring its client code into their repository, connect application events, and define rules in a JSON configuration file. The resulting logic runs on the device and can trigger local notifications or in-app messages.

Its approach supports onboarding reminders, streak prompts, and re-engagement experiments without requiring a hosted control plane for local operation. Configuration can come from an app resource or an HTTPS source. Explicit schemas, examples, and editable source are intended to make the integration understandable to developers and coding agents. OpenClix suits small app teams that want direct ownership of their engagement logic.
