Meet PopSpace

PopSpace is an open-source virtual workspace that combines conversation with a shared canvas. Participants move around a room, use video and proximity-based audio, and arrange content together. Sticky notes, whiteboards, collaborative notepads, and embedded websites turn the room into a place for meetings, workshops, or informal gatherings.

Multiple people can share screens at the same time, with each screen appearing as its own window. Wallpapers and avatars personalize the setting, while room content stays available for recurring sessions. Hosts run PopSpace on their own infrastructure and configure an audio and video provider. Guests then join through a room link in a modern browser without creating an account.
