Creative teams can build moodboards, map sequences through storyboards, document styling, and create shot lists with the relevant looks, locations, and talent. References can be shared with clients so that the visual direction is agreed before production begins.

The same workspace holds budgets, calendars, timelines, locations, crew, and production assets such as products, props, gear, and documents. Call sheets and tasks carry that information into the shoot day. Each production keeps its materials together, giving an individual creator, an internal brand team, or a larger crew a common place to prepare and coordinate.
