Meet Prospero

Prospero creates business proposals from templates, reusable content, and flexible page elements. A seller can add branding, images, video, and tables, then offer clients a choice of plans or services within the proposal. Saved sections provide material for future offers without rebuilding the document each time.

Tracking shows when a proposal was opened and how long it was viewed. Clients can sign from a browser, using a drawn, typed, or uploaded signature, with multiple signers supported. Team permissions govern proposal visibility and access. The proposal's status keeps preparation, buyer review, and acceptance connected as the offer moves toward an agreement.
