QuotaMint manages the usage rules behind a software product. Developers define plans, assign credit costs to features, and ask its API whether a customer can perform an action. An allowed request updates the usage ledger, while a denied request leaves the balance unchanged. Idempotency keys help protect against charging twice when an application retries a request.
The dashboard brings plans, balances, feature permissions, and usage history together for inspection. A product can meter units such as documents, minutes, tokens, or generated images. The application's existing payment provider continues handling billing, and the application supplies each customer's plan to QuotaMint. A free plan is available for getting started with the service.
