Meet Relaticle

Relaticle is an open-source CRM for managing people, companies, opportunities, tasks, and notes. Teams can organize a visual sales pipeline, add custom fields, connect related records, and import or export data as CSV files. Shared workspaces and roles help control who can view or change customer information.

Rela, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions about the CRM and presents proposed changes for review. External assistants can also connect through MCP or the REST API, using the same records as the team. Relaticle offers self-hosting with Docker under an AGPL license, alongside a hosted option. Deployment, model connections, and permissions affect how the system is operated, so teams should configure those choices for their own data and workflow.
