Meet Review

Review is a desktop app for examining Git branches and GitHub pull requests locally. Open a diff, comment on individual lines, navigate to definitions, and filter discussions by status or author. Reviews are tied to specific commits, helping keep the comparison stable while work continues elsewhere in the repository.

An optional AI reviewer can use a hosted provider, a local model, or additional context from MCP servers. Human comments remain available without enabling AI. New review comments wait for publication, so you choose when they are submitted to GitHub. Review is free and open source, with installers for macOS, Windows, and Linux and a requirement for Git on the machine.
