Meet RoleFrame

RoleFrame helps engineers find technology jobs in India using the experience and skills already described in their resume. Users upload a document, review ranked matches, and see which skills connect their background to each opening. The service can then prepare a version of the resume tailored to a selected role, with changes available for review and editing.

Its companion Chrome extension fills supported employers' application forms using that information. Questions requiring the applicant's judgment remain for them to answer, and they review the application before submitting it. Resume editing and PDF downloads are available alongside a monthly allowance of assisted applications. The workflow is designed to reduce repeated searching and form entry.
