Rotely helps independent bars connect inventory counts, supplier invoices, and register records. Staff can count bottles in shelf order, compare expected quantities with what is present, and identify stock that is running low. The system also highlights price increases and missing information that can make purchasing harder to manage.

Using those records, Rotely drafts replenishment orders for the owner to approve and can send alerts before key products run out. The workflow follows a bottle from purchase through inventory and sales, reducing separate spreadsheets for each step. A sample bar demonstrates the interface, and new users can try it through their first full count within the trial period.
