Meet SeatReaper

SeatReaper helps managed service providers find software licenses and devices that are still being billed after they stop being used. It connects to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other management, backup, and security systems, then groups leftover seats by person or device. Each item includes supporting evidence and a monthly cost based on the provider's own price book.

Technicians review the findings before removing anything through the vendor's console or supported SeatReaper actions. Savings become verified only when a later sync confirms that the seat is gone. Client reports and compliance evidence use the same connected data, making recurring license reviews easier to organize across multiple customers.
