HelixDB
Combine connected records, graph traversal, and search for AI memory and retrieval.
Combine full-text, vector, and SQL analytics in one database engine

SereneDB is an open-source search and analytics database that combines full-text retrieval, vector search, and SQL operations. Users can filter and aggregate data while ranking results with keyword or semantic search, avoiding separate query interfaces for each kind of task. Its PostgreSQL-compatible wire protocol allows many existing clients and drivers to connect.
The engine can work with tables and supported external data sources, while configurable index refreshes control how quickly new rows become searchable. Installation options include containers and Linux packages, with a companion interface for exploring the system. SereneDB publishes benchmark tooling for evaluation, but performance and compatibility depend on the actual dataset, queries, deployment, and supported SQL features.
