Meet Shotbase

Shotbase combines screen capture, recording, editing, and organization in a Mac application. Capture a screenshot, record a workflow, or save a web page, then refine the result with frames, backgrounds, arrows, text, and highlights. Recordings can use automatic zooms and motion treatments to make a walkthrough easier to follow.

A shared library keeps the different capture types together. On supported Apple Silicon Macs, local AI supplies useful names, tags, and summaries so saved material is easier to find without sending its image content to a remote model for analysis. Finished images and recordings can be shared through links, keeping feedback close to the work being discussed.
