Meet Speechmark

Speechmark is a Mac menu-bar app for recording meetings and turning them into transcripts, decisions, and action items. It captures microphone and system audio without joining the call as a bot. Speaker separation helps identify who said what, and transcript lines link back to the corresponding moment in the recording.

Users choose how summaries are generated, including Apple Intelligence, a local Ollama model, or their own supported cloud-model key. Recordings remain on the Mac. A connector lets compatible assistants search the local meeting notes and cite the source meeting in their answers. Speechmark requires no account and offers a trial followed by a one-time purchase.
