Meet Stitch AI

Stitch AI is an embroidery digitizing tool inside Dynamic Mockups. Users upload artwork and select embroidery as the decoration method on a product's print area. The tool analyzes the design by region, proposes stitch treatments and thread colors, and explains details that embroidery may not reproduce faithfully.

The result includes a product mockup, a Tajima DST file, a stitch count, and a production sheet with the sequence and color changes. A studio provides control over density, angle, color, finish, and other settings for individual regions. Density checks, a problem inspector, and a stitch player help users review the plan before handing it to a machine operator.
