Stripe Atlas provides an online workflow for forming a Delaware company. Founders supply company and ownership information, sign prepared documents, and follow incorporation, tax-ID setup, founder equity issuance, and 83(b) election filing. The service also provides business document templates and access to banking options after formation.

Fundraising tools in the Stripe Dashboard prepare board consents and SAFE agreements, with tracking for individual agreements and received investment funds. Continued registered-agent service supports a recurring company requirement. A founding team can use Atlas to organize its formation documents and the ownership or fundraising records created in the early stages of the business.
