Meet SuperTuxKart
SuperTuxKart is an open-source arcade kart racer with powerups, varied tracks, and several ways to compete. Players race against the computer, join a multiplayer race, or complete a series of events in Grand Prix mode. Drifting and alternative routes add decisions beyond following the main track.
Story Mode organizes racing challenges, while Time Trial focuses on improving a lap and competing with recorded replays. Soccer, battle, and egg-hunt modes change the objective. Multiplayer supports a shared computer, local network, or online play, and community add-ons provide additional tracks and karts. Players can choose a race, a challenge, or a different mode for the next session.
