Switch gives people and AI agents a shared room for coordinating work. Conversations, decisions, files, and work history stay together so an agent joining a task can use the context already available to the team. The workspace connects with messaging applications and supports agents built with different providers and frameworks, including custom implementations.

Teams can use rooms for campaign planning, recurring reports, customer preparation, onboarding, or engineering work that involves several participants. A person can review a proposal, ask another agent to contribute, and keep the resulting handoff in the same conversation.
