Meet Tana Outliner

Tana Outliner organizes notes as connected nodes with structured fields. Supertags turn a bullet into a reusable type such as a task, project, meeting, or person. Saved searches and views gather related records into feeds that update when the underlying notes change.

Voice capture and AI tools help bring information into the workspace and process it into the connected structure. Users combine daily notes, project details, and team knowledge, then filter or reuse those records in other views. The outliner has its own web and desktop workflow, distinct from Tana's meeting platform, with the note structure forming the center of the product.
