Tangem is a self-custody crypto wallet built around NFC cards and a wearable ring, paired with an iOS or Android app. The hardware stores private keys in a secure chip, and you tap a card or ring against a compatible phone to authorize transactions. It needs no battery, charging cable, or separate screen.

The app lets you view balances, send and receive supported assets, and access buying, swapping, and staking through integrated providers. During setup, you can create a wallet with backup cards or choose a recovery phrase. Multiple cards can hold access to the same wallet, providing a spare if one is lost.
