An open-source go-to-market playbook for technical founders

The GTM Co-Founder is an open-source playbook for people bringing developer tools and AI products to market. It runs inside a compatible coding agent, letting a technical founder work on market-facing questions from the same environment used to build the product. The starting workflow asks five questions and produces a prioritized go-to-market roadmap.
The roadmap provides a basis for continuing the work with the agent instead of treating the initial advice as a finished strategy. The project offers installation instructions for supported agent environments and a manual path through its repository. Its MIT license allows adaptation, making it useful for founders who want to inspect and customize the underlying guidance.
