Town provides a personal AI assistant, called a Townie, that works across connected business tools. It builds context about projects, people, preferences, and working habits, then uses that information to help with tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing meetings, and producing client updates. Users can delegate work through a to-do list and review progress as the assistant proceeds.

Recurring routines handle scheduled work such as morning briefings, newsletter digests, account summaries, and development reports. Teams can share integrations, skills, and routines so assistants work with common context. Available connections cover email, calendars, documents, messaging, CRM, and other systems. Each workflow depends on the connected services, granted permissions, and the instructions chosen by the user.
