Toyo is a platform and managed service for building AI agents, workflows, and internal applications around a company's existing tools. Teams identify recurring work, connect relevant systems, and define what a successful result looks like. Toyo builds and maintains the workflows, while the team decides where human review is needed.

A shared knowledge layer connects calls, documents, code changes, and customer information with their sources. Agents can use that context for activities such as competitor monitoring, sales follow-ups, team briefings, and customer research. Applications run alongside the agents, allowing later workflows to reuse the same connections and company knowledge as needs change.
