UXPin prototypes interfaces using components backed by code. Designers assemble layouts from built-in React libraries or connect their own component repository through Merge. Variables, conditional logic, and dynamic states represent forms or flows that need behavior beyond a transition between screens.

Reusable UI elements support shared design work, and teams can review the prototype and export specifications or React code for development. AI Component Creator provides another starting point for a layout. A designer can test an interaction with the selected components, inspect its states, and keep that prototype connected to the building blocks used by the application.
