Color rules can categorize events by keywords and show how time is divided. Meeting context includes social profiles and company information, while Focus Mode adds a timer and ambient sounds for work between appointments. Mobile access supports scheduling away from a desk, and a separate executive-assistant offering serves people managing calendars for others.
