Meet VinSage

VinSage is a Chrome extension that helps used-car shoppers investigate a vehicle without leaving its listing. Its side panel reads supported car marketplaces or accepts a pasted VIN or listing text, then brings together recall information, crash ratings, owner complaints, and estimated fuel costs from public US and Canadian sources. A deal score explains the factors behind its assessment, and a negotiation pack suggests questions to ask the seller. The current score evaluates safety and ownership factors rather than comparing the asking price with the market. Core checks are free without an account, while optional purchases add a longer ownership-cost breakdown, printable reports, and a saved-car garage.
