Save readable web articles in an archive you can host yourself

wallabag saves the content of web articles into a personal reading archive. Readers add material through browser extensions or apps, then open the saved text from a browser, phone, RSS reader, or compatible e-reader. The archive keeps the article available for reading beyond the original browsing session.
The application is open source and can run on a user's own server or through the wallabag.it hosting service. Imports from Pocket and Omnivore bring an existing reading list into the collection. A reader can gather articles while browsing, return to them on another supported device, and choose the hosting arrangement used to maintain the archive.
