whenfor.us helps a group find a time when people are free. An organizer names a plan, chooses the possible days and hours, and shares a link. Participants open it on their phones or computers and drag across the times they can attend, without creating an account. A heatmap gathers everyone's answers and highlights the periods with the strongest overlap. Times appear in each participant's own time zone, and the selected event can be added to a calendar. The service suits informal meetings, social plans, and other small-group arrangements. Polls are free, have no advertising, and are deleted after the stated retention period following the event.
