WO Extractor helps field service technicians turn work-order screenshots into an invoice. Users add images from a dispatch system, review the extracted job details, and combine several visits into a PDF. Time on site, travel, mileage, parts, and different rate rules can be included in the calculation.

The browser app also tracks payment status, prepares reminders and client statements, and collects records for an accountant. Invoice templates let technicians present their own business details, while offline support helps with work in areas with unreliable connectivity. WO Extractor is useful for independent technicians and subcontractors who would otherwise retype dispatch information into a separate billing tool.
