A submission can combine a screen recording with spoken narration, pair voice feedback with several screenshots, or use a screenshot and written description. The text-based option also supports mobile browsers and environments without recording support.

Spoken feedback is automatically transcribed into searchable text, and submissions include browser and device information to help a team understand the context. Visitors can identify their message as a bug report or feature suggestion. Email notifications bring new submissions to the site owner, with monthly allowances based on the chosen plan.
