Meet AgentMail

AgentMail provides email infrastructure for applications and AI agents. Developers can create an inbox through an API, send and receive messages, retrieve conversation threads, and handle attachments. Incoming events can trigger workflows, allowing an agent to continue a conversation or bring a person into the thread when needed.

The service offers SDKs and developer tooling for adding email to an existing system. Permissions control which inboxes an agent can access and what actions it can take. Separate workspaces called Pods keep customer inboxes and domains apart, supporting applications that need email capabilities for multiple users or organizations.
