Meet AI Emaily

AI Emaily brings multiple email accounts into a unified inbox with AI-assisted organization and replies. Users describe filtering rules in ordinary language, separate newsletters and unsolicited messages, and highlight conversations that need attention. Saved context, client information, and reusable variables help the assistant prepare replies in a chosen tone.

Copilot mode produces drafts for review, while the gated Autopilot workflow can send within rules the user has authorized. Shared inbox features include thread assignments, private comments, and indicators showing who is viewing or drafting a response. The service supports major providers and IMAP connections, with setup depending on the provider. A trial lets users evaluate its triage and drafting behavior with their own workflows.
