Arcjet supplies security controls that developers integrate into applications and AI agent workflows. Its SDKs and framework integrations evaluate requests and actions for conditions such as abusive traffic, prompt injection, sensitive information, or exceeded usage budgets. Application code can use the returned decision to allow, block, redact, or hold an action for review.

The platform combines familiar web protections, including bot detection, rate limiting, and email validation, with controls around agent tools and their inputs and outputs. Policies can be defined in code or managed remotely, and recorded decisions support investigation of a run.
