Meet Cencurity
Cencurity adds a security gateway to supported AI coding workflows in VS Code. Its extension routes requests and responses through a local proxy, where configurable policies can identify unsafe code patterns and mask sensitive information before output reaches the editor. Supported integrations include Roo Code, Continue, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI, with provider-specific requirements.
The Security Center shows policy violations, blocked content, and masking events. A dry-run mode helps teams assess rules before enabling enforcement, while command-palette actions control protection and display runtime information. Cencurity records security events rather than ordinary request traffic. Its public repository contains the extension and dashboard, with runtime components distributed separately.
