Hear descriptions of your surroundings and printed text

Beamfy is a mobile vision assistant for blind and low-vision people. Point the phone’s camera at a scene or printed text, take a photo, and hear an AI-generated description or reading in your chosen language. The app works with VoiceOver and TalkBack, using large controls and spoken results for everyday tasks such as understanding a room or reading a label.
It can also read a walking route before a trip and offer an SOS workflow that alerts a chosen contact. Route previews do not provide live navigation or obstacle detection. Beamfy is an additional source of information alongside mobility aids and personal judgment. A free daily allowance follows an initial full-access trial, with paid access for more usage.
