Draw organic chemistry mechanisms alongside your notes

Bondline is a browser notebook for studying organic chemistry. A student can write a note, draw the molecular structure it refers to and add curved arrows to describe a reaction mechanism. The notebook can show the mechanism in three dimensions, giving the drawing another perspective alongside the written explanation.
Practice tools cover chemical naming and spectra, and the site includes guides and reaction examples to explore when a problem is unfamiliar. Keeping the diagrams and the surrounding reasoning on one page makes earlier work easier to revisit.
