Meet Claude Code Session Tracker

Claude Code Session Tracker provides a local dashboard for activity across Claude Code sessions. See which sessions are working or waiting for input, review reported usage and limits, and inspect history from one page. The tool runs locally with Node.js and supports common desktop operating systems.

An optional plugin can resume an eligible session after its usage limit resets. This behavior is off until enabled and checks the setting and session state before continuing. A menu bar interface, alerts, command-line controls, and an API offer additional ways to follow activity. The project is useful when several sessions are running and the developer needs to identify where attention or available capacity is needed.
