Meet Continuum

Continuum is a private Mac app for managers keeping a record of the people they lead. After a one-to-one or an incident, a manager can write an observation, tag the signals it contains, and retain the date and reasoning behind a changing impression. Earlier revisions remain available instead of being overwritten.

A Focus view highlights people whose signals are changing, going quiet, or becoming stale, giving the manager a reason to revisit the record. It uses descriptive words rather than employee scores or rankings. Notes remain on one Mac without an account or synchronization. A free plan supports three people, with expanded capacity and organizational controls in Pro.
