CustomCat produces and ships print-on-demand merchandise for online sellers. Merchants upload designs, choose products, and connect a store so orders can move into fulfillment. The catalog includes apparel, accessories, home goods, and gifts that carry the seller's artwork, with finished items shipped directly to customers.

Direct integrations, API connections, and CSV order submission accommodate different storefront workflows. Its DIGISOFT printing method is available on selected items such as shirts, sweatshirts, activewear, and bags. A seller can introduce a merchandise range without holding finished stock, selecting the product and production method that suit each design before offering it through the store.
