Printful produces and ships custom merchandise after a customer orders it. Upload artwork or use Design Maker to prepare clothing, accessories, or home goods, then list the products in a connected store. Incoming orders go to Printful for production, packing, and delivery.

Connections cover platforms and marketplaces such as Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon, with Quick Stores offering a direct selling route. Sample orders let a seller inspect the product and packaging before presenting it to customers. Branding options include labels, packaging, inserts, and tracking pages. The seller manages the design and storefront while Printful handles the physical fulfillment of the ordered items.
