Meet Datashelter

Datashelter backs up server files and databases through an installed agent and a browser dashboard. Teams can configure backup schedules, choose retention rules, inspect logs, and restore individual files from saved snapshots. Supported workloads include databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, alongside website files and application data.

The agent encrypts data on the server and pushes backups outward, reducing the need to expose inbound access for backup management. Deduplication and compression reduce repeated transfers, while immutable storage and alerts help protect and monitor saved copies. Teams can use managed storage or bring compatible storage of their own, with plans for a single server and larger deployments.
