Meet Donna AI Recruiting

Donna is a job search service built around an AI agent that represents a candidate in screening conversations. Users describe their experience, goals, and preferences through the web app or Telegram, with a résumé and GitHub profile providing additional context. The agent looks for matching roles and communicates with recruiting agents.

When a screening question needs information it does not have, Donna can ask the candidate directly. Conversation transcripts let users inspect how their experience was presented. An optional paid tier adds detailed rejection feedback, anonymized comparisons, and a daily activity digest, giving candidates material to review before adjusting their search.
