Meet Merge

Merge is a prelaunch assessment platform built around code review. Candidates enter a small codebase, inspect a pull request, and leave comments about correctness, maintainability, and security. An AI agent then responds to the feedback with a revised pull request, letting the candidate evaluate another version rather than finish after a single pass.

Hiring teams can configure the assessment for a role's level, specialization, and languages. Reports connect the candidate's comments with issue detection, priorities, revision judgment, and use of AI tokens. The goal is to give interviewers concrete work to discuss when evaluating engineering decisions. Access is currently presented through a demo request for the prelaunch program.
